How long will it take to produce and deliver my Modak home?
Once the final order has come through to Modak and is approved, your order will be put forward for production. This will generally take 4-6 weeks from the time production starts on your home. We strongly advise that you pre-order your home through Modak’s no cost, no obligation pre-ordering facility on this website well in advance as once production starts on the houses orders will be added to the queue. It works sort of like a ticketing system, you need to take a ticket (order) then wait until those already holding tickets are served before you are served. If you have preordered, Modak will be able to give you an approximate delivery date before you commit.
