How long will it take to process and ship the order?
Most of the time, the orders ship out the same business day. Generally, the shipping company picks up at about 5:00 P.M. central time. We accept orders up to 4:30 and can still ship the same day. All orders placed after 5:00 P.M. are shipped the next day. One more important note, orders placed after 5 o’clock Friday are processed on Monday morning. UPS does not pick up or deliver on Saturday and Sunday at this time. If the order cannot be shipped within two days, we will send a courtesy e-mail notifying you of the back order. We’ll do what we can to speed up the delivery of all our orders. How much do I have to order for it to be freight paid? That’s a good question. Generally all orders on the Internet site over $500 are freight paid. This does not include glove orders, powder drink, and rain suits. Basically, these products are very heavy and difficult to ship.
