The basic installation is roughly an hour or less. If you already have a large control wheel on the pilot’s side, and you aren’t changing or modifying any of the avionics, then this wheel will simply be removed and reinstalled on the new dual control. If installing two wheels with the dual control additional time will be required to address avionics specific to that aircraft. Consult your avionics shop or aviation maintenance technician for an estimate for your specific aircraft.
