Each request is processed in the order received. You may expect a typical turn-around time of two business days from when a COMPLETED request is received. Incomplete requests are returned to sender and do NOT go into the queue until they are completed. If Room Reservations is extremely busy, it may take longer than two days, although these instances are rare.
