We ship from our store in Columbus, Ohio. If your order is in stock it will ship the same day we receive the order up to 2:00 PM EST. If we have to order your shoes special from EccoUSA, it may take up to 10 business days. We do stock all styles on EccoPlace.com, however sometimes we may be missing a size. We will do our best to get your shoes to you as fast as we can.
