How long will it take to get my Awecade?
We maintain a large volume of pre-built arcades in stock. Most arcades ship within 5 business days from when the order is received. However, if we are experiencing a high number of orders it takes 7-10 business days to ship an Awecade. If we are out of stock, please allow 2 weeks to ship – however, this is rare. The arcade units usually take 1 week from the order date to reach their destination. Lead time announcements are made in the company news section from time to time. What if my Awecade is damaged during shipment? Each Awecade is shipped utilizing commercial packaging with additional padding. Our packing insures that the arcade can withstand most abuse encountered during shipment. All Awecades are fully insured, so in the unlikely event that your Awecade is damaged, we will handle the claim. The customer may be required to arrange a time for an inspector to come and inspect damage. After that, well handle everything and ship you a replacement arcade or parts.
