First take out learning license which is valid up to 6 months and after one month you can apply for a permanent license by giving a test.

Hi, You need to apply for a learning license which is only valid for 6 months and after that u need to give a test drive to the officer based on that u gonna get permanent license in 15 to 20 days approximately! Thank you!
