The Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies is a 90 quarter credit hour program that students can complete in just over two years. You also need 90 lower division quarter credits (freshman and sophomore level classes) which can be received through: an Associates degree, PLA, CLEP, at a local community college, or other Marylhurst courses. The only classes required within the lower divisional 90 credits are: 1 College level Math, 1 College level English, and 2 College level Science classes. A total of 180 quarter credit hours need to be completed to graduate.
