How long will it take to build my Modak home?
One of the great things about your Modak home is that it is preconstructed. This means within 45 days of us commencing construction, your home will be delivered. Modak will then assemble the home onsite within 48 hours (depending on your land and home ordered). It is important to note that council DA’s may take longer than this so make sure you have put your DA application in ahead of time as we will not commence construction until the DA is approved and signed off by council.
