How long will it take to build mini Fenway Park?
As a public/private partnership with the Town of North Attleboro, the mini Fenway Park Project requires approvals from several town departments. In addition, the use of the name and image of Fenway Park requires licensing agreements that are in place with both The Boston Red Sox and Major League Baseball. Compliance with these agreements requires an ongoing approval process. Once all of these approvals are completed, the actual construction of the first phase will take 6 months with a timetable for subsequent phases to be determined as each component is selected and fundraising is completed.
