Phase I: Obtaining and processing raw data into a form needed by CAD Analyst Will be completed within 30 days of project initiation. Manpower needed: One (1) Department analyst needed for a maximum of 15 hours for annotating the grids with hazard type and descriptions Phase II: CAD Analyst Will be completed within 30 days after Phase I. Manpower needed: One (1) Department analyst needed for a maximum of 10 hours to assist Deccan over the phone in analysis validation Phases III Fire/EMS ADAM Will be completed within 30 days after Phase II.
