How long will it take to be able to process live transactions?
Your agency can begin accepting and processing credit card transactions in a few short weeks. Once your account has been set up on the Bank of America system, you will receive a Merchant Services Start Up Kit, including your electronic equipment and supplies via mail. Bank of America representatives will then contact you to set up a day and time convenient for you to receive training on your new processing equipment. Any additional questions that you may have can also be answered at that time. Once you have completed the training, you will be ready to begin processing transactions immediately!
