(back to Pimsleur FAQ) Most orders placed before 4PM EST will ship the same day. Packages should arrive within 7 business days if delivered in the continental US. Our offices are based in Philadelphia so the closer you are to us the sooner your package should arrive. Our preferred shipper is UPS. All free shipping deals will ship via UPS Ground service.
