How long will it take Prairie Wynds to build our Home?
The average process, from ordering your new home to moving in, is usually between three to four months. After your blueprint is finalized, your home will go in to Heritage’s production schedule. Construction will typically start in their facility about six to eight weeks later. Then, depending on the design of your home, it will take about two weeks on the production line to build the home. It usually takes another week for the home to be delivered to your site and approximately 3-4 weeks for us to finish the site work and connect all the utilities.
