The MouseKeyDo System includes an entirely new set of skills around workspace setup, sitting, keyboarding, keyboard shortcuts, mousing, and laptop use. Using the MouseKeyDo System training manual and CD-ROM, learning every aspect of the program will take you three to six hours, depending on your experience in treating and managing computer-related RSI.
