We´ve tested this by asking non-technical colleagues to be ´guinea pigs´. On average, the whole process takes: 1 minute to complete a single-address button 3 minutes to complete a multiple-address or route-description button But it does depend on a few factors. For example, if you want to customise your icon or if you have a ready-made POI-file.
