How long will it take for Telehop service to be activated?
If you are switching your HomePhone service and keeping your current phone number, we’ll connect your existing phone number to Telehop HomePhone and will inform your current local and long distance service provider of the change so that they can close your account with them. This process can take 4-6 weeks. All you have to do is connect the ATA that we will be sending you to an Internet line and a phone set. In order to keep your number, all you have to do is sign a form that will allow the switch to happen and send that form back to us. If you would like a new number with Telehop service you will be connected via a new number with an hour.
