How long will it take for my WOWPoints to post to my account?
Typically it will take 7-14 days for your transactions to be reflected on your WOWPoints Statement. However, it may take up to 21 days for the merchant to confirm your purchase and then your WOWPoints to post to your account. If it has been more than 21 days from your date of purchase and your WOWPoints have not been posted to your account, then please use the Contact Us link to send us your order information so that we may investigate for suitable action.
