If the item(s) you have ordered are in stock when we receive your order, we will, on average, ship within the next two business days. If the item(s) you have ordered are out of stock, we will ship them as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. If we split ship your order, you will be charged only for the first shipment. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders are usually processed within 72 hours after being placed. Delays may be caused due to credit card verification or if there is a problem in processing your charge card. If we are unable to process your charge card we will attempt to first reach you via email, then either by telephone or traditional mail. We will also try to contact you if there are any other problems with your order. After an order is shipped it usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive for addresses within the state of Florida. For orders delivered outside the state of Florida, please allow 5-7 business days after shipment for delivery.

Orders which only include prints up to 20×30” will be processed and shipped within one to three business days from ordering. Orders which include any of the following items can experience a delay on shipment up to two weeks from ordering because of the extended processing they must undergo. US orders will be shipped by first class mail and orders to the rest of the world will be shipped by international priority airmail.
