How long will it take for my order to be despatched?

A. If the items ordered are in stock (generally the case) your order will usually be despatched within 1 – 2 working days of receipt. If any item is not in stock and is likely to be delayed more than 5 working days we will advise you and try to give a despatch date. Available items will be despatched first with any back-ordered items following when available. If you don’t want to wait for back-ordered items you can cancel them at any time by emailing us. Unfortunately our stock records are not yet linked to the web site.
