How long will it take for my new Woosh phone number to be listed with Telecom Directories?
Directory Listing Requests will not be submitted to Telecom until 7 calendar days after the date of purchase of Woosh phone services. This is subject to receipt of your approved payment and any applicable forms (such as Direct Debit form). Your Directory Listing Request will be held by Woosh until this period has passed or these forms have been received. For standard listings, allow 10-14 calendar days from the date you submit your request for your listing to be available in the Internet White Pages, Internet Yellow Pages [if business listing] and 018 Directory Assistance. This is subject to receipt of any applicable payment forms from you. Listings in the printed editions of the White Pages Telephone Book, and Yellow Pages Telephone Book [for business listings], will be subject to your listing meeting the Close Dates published on the Yellow Pages website.
