After you verify your information, your card will arrive in the mail within 5-7 business days. If your card does not arrive within this time, you can use the Where’s My Card screen to check on the status. You will be required to provide your last name, Student ID, and “activation word”. If you are unable to use this screen or have other questions regarding your card, please contact Higher One.
