How long will it take for me to receive my cashback?
We will normally send out cashback rewards once per week. Therefore, if you have selected an automatic payment method (such as PayPal), it should take less than one week for you to receive it (once the mandatory 30 day waiting period has elapsed – please refer to our terms and conditions for more information). If you have selected an alternative payment method (such as a cheque) that needs to be sent through the mail, please also allow an additional week.
