How long will it take for me/my athlete(s) to see results?
This depends on a number of variables. Athletes with glaring mechanical and postural problems could see immediate improvements. However with most athletes it will take several weeks before consistent improvements begin to take place. It is important that coaches, parents and athletes be realistic about rate of improvement. No program can distort physics or change the human body. Therefore it takes time to make the overall improvements that lead to long term athletic success. Any program that promises to take an athlete from JV to State Champ in 14 days is simply lying to you. Complete Speed Training is a system that is designed to give, primarily, the coach or parent a system for developing long term athletic success. If the primary goal is to drop .4 seconds off an athletes 40 time in the next week or take 1.0 seconds off their 100m time because States are in 2 weeks then Complete Speed Training is not the program for you. Such improvements are not realistic 99.9% of the time.
