How long will it take for contacts to receive e-mails I send with RelationshipSecure?
How long it will take depends primarily on the schedule you set up for your mailing. If you set the mailing to start at some time in the future (instead of immediately), your contacts won’t start receiving e-mails until that time. If you set your mailing as being spread out over a certain period (like over a week), then the mailing is broken up evenly over the time period specified and the appropriate number of e-mails are sent each day of the period. For example, if you have a mailing of 700 contacts and it’s spread out over 1 week (7 days), 100 contacts would receive an e-mail the first day, 100 the second day, and so on. One thing to keep in mind is RelationshipSecure only sends e-mails while Outlook is running. If you don’t usually keep Outlook running while your computer’s on, you should open it once a day if you have set up a mailing that’s spread out over time. If a day or more passes when Outlook isn’t opened and a mailing is spread out, RelationshipSecure will have to send add
