How long will it take for both new installation and sanding?

The installation will take approx. 1-5 days if it is less than 1800 square feet. Then the floor needs two weeks or more, depending on the location of your home, for your new floor to acclimate to it’s surroundings. After that time, we will return to sand and coat the floor. Sanding will take 1-4 days. 3 coats = 3 additional days Add additional day for staining. faq.
