How long will it take for an overseas order to arrive?

Orders being sent to Europe and the USA can take up to 10 working days to arrive. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, and do not include weekends or UK bank holidays. We cannot currently offer a next day or named day service for non-UK deliveries. Orders being sent to non-UK delivery addresses can be held up by customs and excise delays, unfortunately these delays are beyond our control and we can offer no assistance in these matters.
