HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE THE ARRESTED PERSON IS RELEASED?

Once the bail has been paid, the jail will process it immediately. Some jails process the bond very quickly, and the defendant can be released within an hour or two. Other jails do take longer – sometimes up to five or six hours. Also, bonds that are for a different County or State from the jail where the detainee is being held can take longer, because the bond will need to be sent to the County where any warrants were issued from. We will be happy to give you an estimated time of release for any particular jail when you contact us.
