How long will I be on the waiting list before getting offered an apartment?
It is dependent on when apartments become available and your position on the waiting list. You are placed on the waiting list based on the order your deposit was paid. We try to contact you a couple months prior to your expected move-in date. It is highly recommended that you pay your deposit to be placed on the waiting list well in advance, as students often remain on the waitlist for over a year.
