Heroin stays in your system for 3-5 days. Drinking a lot of water won’t always work so DO NOT rely on it. Water does not “block” the drugs, all it does is flush out your urine. But you need to be drinking glass after glass and gallon after gallon a day from the MOMENT YOU DO THE DRUG until you have to go in for your drug test. (Just because you piss clear doesn’t mean it’s all water and no urine). Plus, if they decide to do a blood test or even worse, the dreaded hair test, you’re screwed. (Hair tests can see evry drug you have done for the past 6 months to 1 year!!
