How long will emailGUARD keep my quarantined e-mail before deleting it?
You have 14 days from the time a message is quarantined to preview and/or deliver a message to your Inbox. After 2 weeks, the message is automatically deleted from the emailGUARD server to conserve disk space. I accidentally removed a quarantined message that I need! How can I get that message back?
