How long will each corridor plan take to create and implement?

Due to the extensive field research about the existing conditions of each corridor and the desire to keep the public and property owners actively involved in the planning process, each corridor plan will take approximately 1 to 2 years to complete. City staff is currently in the beginning stages of the first corridor plan, Lyons Avenue, which should be ready for City Council adoption in late 2012.
