How long will Digiflix retain a copy of the Service?
A copy will be kept on file for 3 months to enable efficient delivery of additional copies. If further copies are required after this time, please return the orignal copy to Digiflix for duplication. 15. Who can order additional copies of the DVD? If a family or other associated member rings to order an additional copy of the DVD, we need to refer them to the funeral director to order it through them. This ensures that we receive the order via our customer (the Funeral Director), and consequently can charge the additional cost through them.
