How long will delivery take?
Air Mail provides delivery in approximately 9 days around the world. Except for Canada and South Africa which can take 4-6 weeks (I suggest using courier for Canadian orders) Target delivery days are for major cities and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery to other areas or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs may take a little longer. The delivery times given are approximate and delays can sometimes occur. You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched. You will gain legal ownership of the products you have ordered when the products have been delivered to you.
We endeavour to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. When the item is in stock we aim to deliver within 2-4 days. However if an item is out of stock and we need to order form our suppliers we will contact you to inform you of the situation and arrange a suitable delivery date, alternative item or a full refund.
Delivery times for our couriers are listed below. Please add an extra day for all chocolate bark orders as these will need to be made fresh. Your item may be sent by courier or Australia Post depending on which one is likely to deliver to your recipient quickest & in the best condition. We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by Australia Post or our couriers. While every effort is made to despatch your purchases as soon as possible, some late week deliveries may be held back until Monday to ensure your gift is not sitting in transit over the weekend. We may also do this on long weekends as well.
Because our products ship from different warehouses in different states, shipping times to your address will vary. The estimated time for your item to leave the warehouse is listed directly below price of each individual product, and on the Order Status Page. Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days after the shipment date for delivery.
