How long will cloth nappies last?
If cared for properly, cloth nappies will last through more than one baby. One-size nappies will obviously have more wear and tear than multi-sized nappies that may only have a few months of use and washing. My oldest one-size nappies were used constantly for 4.5 years (on two children). Using bleach, chemical nappy solutions, and tumble drying will deteriorate the fabric quicker – avoiding these three things will prolong the life expectancy of any cloth nappy.
