How long will cam pages on the old site remain available?
A. The individual cam pages on the old site will remain available until March 31, 2009. After that redirects will automatically send users to the new site. This three-month “phase out” period will allow partners who use our cam images on their own sites the time to relink their pages to the new web addresses. This phased move is being done so as not to impact all users at once. By March 31, 2009 all users should be off the old site. Automatic redirects will be put into effect at that time. Q. There are a number of partners and web developers who have pages linking to the images and pages on your site. How will this change affect them. A. A help page for partners and web developers will be made available in January 2009 to assist them with changing the links in their site, and to provide other information. After March 31, 2009 any links they have to the old site will either be automatically redirected to the new site, or broken.
