How long will batteries last in Electrisave?
Good quality AA size alkaline batteries should give an operating life of 12 months if the electrisave is not set to MAX. This relates to how often the transmitter sends a signal to the receiver, if set to MAX the transmitter will send a signal every 12 seconds. Constantly running the electrisave on MAX will result in batteries lasting 4 months. Once you are familar with the running costs of your appliances it is recommended to alter your electrisave to receive a signal every 60 seconds.
