How long will a fish survive out of water?
DO NOT LET IT SUFFOCATE IT IS AWFUL. NO MATTER WHAT. ITS THE SAME AS A GIANT WHO CAN SURVIVE UNDER WATER FOR AN HOUR SAYING HOW LONG CAN A HUMAN SURVIVE IN WATER (Ssay about 3 minutes) AND THEN SAYIG OH THATS NOTHING AND DOING IT. They survive for about 30 secs depending on the fish. One of my fish lasted 3 minutes though before I learnt a much more humane way. Put it in a bucket of cold water. It is like carbon monoxide. It puts them to sleep and they won’t feel a thing. Even just putting it in the toilet while it’s alive is okay. (just dont pee, poo or flush it) Trust me this a very humane way and it better than suffocation or any other way.
