How long untill naturalization oath ceremony?
The USCIS is inconsistent in the amount of time it takes to complete an adjudication. After successfully passing the naturalization examinations and an interview in which the adjudicating officer indicates everything was satisfactory, the file must be reviewed by a second officer known as a “Verifier” for final approval or issuance of a Form N-14 seeking any necessary additional documents. In some USCIS offices, a Verifier is available within hours and an applicant can become approved for a same-day oath ceremony. Applicable law requires that the USCIS make a final decision within 120 days of the examination.
