How long until the next Nintendo Wii console arrives?
Nintendo has been talking about the Wii being able to play DVDs and being in HD graphics in the future – whether or not they are just updates or a whole new console has not yet been defined. I don’t think Nintendo would release another Wii console, they would release a new console for the next generation and give it a different name. If these features are being handed out as updates then there is no need to buy a new console, as the updates will come right to you in your message inbox on the Wii Menu. The next Nintendo console has been rumored to be released the same year as the new Xbox console, which will be around 2011 to 2012.
