If that is clean then take some Guaffisen (Store brand is a 4 to 6 hour dose as opposed to Musinex’s 12 hour dose – easier to control night time effects) and drink plenty of water. You might find that taking an expectorant cough syrup at night also helps to drain your head and provides sleepy time help.
