How long until i see results from weight training?
Training for 4/5 days as a beginner is too much, especially with 60 minutes swimming after. What kind of weight training are you doing? you should look into a beginner program called rippetoes. Its a 3 day split focusing on compound movements and is great for building up strength and mass. You should not go swimming after you have finished weight training, if possible save it for the days you aren’t lifting. Your going to need to properly reserach your diet as well (try looking on bb.com for info) because I doubt you are getting enough protein or calories. Your most likely over training and not getting enough protein which will hinder your progress a lot.
