When you complete the online personalisation process we will send you a confirmation email which will be with you within 2 days. Following this, if your image meets our guidelines, you will receive your new personalised card within 7-10 days. Should you not receive the confirmation email please call the internet helpdesk on 0845 300 0059 (Minicom 0870 151 1192).
