How long to take a boat to Cabo san Lucas from San Diego?
I once considered buying a boat and spoke to a capitan about paying him to help me get there. He informed me that it’s best to have at least two, and preferably three people, with a GPS that has an alarm to wake you up, in case you get off course and fall asleep. He had lots of advice, and I realized then that it’s not smart to go without experience. I never did it, but always thought it would be a real adventure, and would probably want to take about a week to make it there, as I’d want to stop in places and look around, like Torguga Bay, San Juanico, etc. I might want to fish once in a while. Why rush it? I know people who drive from San Diego to Cabo in two days. I did it in one week, as there are many places to go and see, like Bahia de Los Angeles, Loreto, La Paz, Mulege, all kinds of places like that, not to mention remote missions like Mission de San Francisco de Borja, and many others, along with cave paintings in remote places and whale watching, where the whales come up to yo
