A. Depending on the T3 settings & host I/Os, the reconstruction time can vary dramatically. See the table below for some good estimates. If the host I/O is given priority (see ‘sys recon_rate’), and there is a large amount of host I/O taking place, reconstruction rates can increase significantly. In the case of T3, if maximum priority is given to host I/O, and if I/O activity is continuous, it could take hours or even days for a reconstruction to complete.
