How long should one stay in the Infrared sauna?
A. If you are new to saunas its best to start with sessions approximately 15-20 minutes long for a couple of weeks. Dont push it. Let your body tell you when you want to stop. Just because you put the timer on for 20 minutes does not mean you have to do it. The maximum amount of time can depend on how many sessions you have each week. A good example would be 3-4 session a week, each of 30-45 minutes.
