How long should my Jonta shine for?
A. With a fully charged battery the Jonta will shine for approximately 24 hours on normal beam ( Energy Saving) and 2 ? hours on high beam. A 30 second wind will provide about 10 minutes of shine time on normal beam. Q. What is the indicator light? A. The indicator light is an optimum charge level indicator. This means that it will only illuminate when you are winding the handle at the ideal speed, to generate the ideal amount of energy. The charge level indicator was designed specifically for the winding function of the winder handle. Q. How long will it take to fully charge the Jonta? A. It will take approximately 12 hours to fully charge the internal battery using the adaptor provided. As a guide, a constant input effort of 40 minutes into the winder crank, using the optimum charge level indicator, will fully charge the battery. Q.
