How long should I wear a ThermaCare® HeatWrap?
For best results, wear ThermaCare® for the full 8 hours. Using ThermaCare® for up to 8 hours can increase the risk of skin irritation or burns. ThermaCare® shouldn’t be used more than seven days in a row. ThermaCare® Menstrual shouldn’t be used more than four days in a row. If during or after this time the pain you’re treating remains unchanged or worsens, consult your doctor, as this may be a sign of a more serious condition.
