How long should i wait to RE-DYE my hair?
what kind of Hair color are you using— If it was permanent–it should not have faded so quickly–my guess is that you used a semi or demi- permanent color–which means exactly that–It is not permanent. If you shampoo every day w/a semi-permanent color (especially if you do not use a shampoo for color treated hair) you will fade pretty quickly) The best way to tell if you used a semi-permanent color is to look closely at the root area—If you see a definite line of your original color you probably used permanent hair color–If it just appears as if the overall color has faded–you used semi- permanent…In that case you can safely re-color your hair —BUT use a shampoo for color treated hair–then you won’t have to go through this as often !
