How long should I wait after I have used bleach to then use Ammonia?

The bleach needs to be completely neutralized before you use ammonia. Bleach can actually dry on a surface and be reactivated when it gets wet again. If you are very worried or want to hurry the process without as much rinsing, you can mix a good amount of baking soda with water and rinse the bleached areas with that, the soda will neutralize the bleach.
